1. WHO WE ARE. Summerset Marine Construction, LLC (“Summerset Marine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides pier and lift products and services in Wisconsin. Summerset Marine operates a publicly accessible website at https://summersetmarine.com (the “Site”).

Some of the data we collect is considered “personal information” or “personal data” under applicable law (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Data”).
