What to Expect When Working with Us
What to expect when you hire Summerset Marine Construction — communication, timelines, site care, and how we treat your Wisconsin waterfront property.
Communication and Timeline
Every project starts with a site visit — we walk your shoreline, measure water depth and bottom conditions, and talk through how you use your waterfront. You get a clear proposal with a defined scope. Once approved, we handle design, permitting, and fabrication. You'll always know where your project stands — if weather or permitting shifts the schedule, you hear it from us first.
How We Treat Your Property
Marine construction involves real equipment — barges, steel, and crews — but your property should never look like a job site any longer than necessary. We plan access routes before arriving, protect lawns and landscaping, and stage materials thoughtfully. When the work is done, we leave your shoreline clean: debris removed, ground restored.
After the Build: Service and Support
A permanent system is a long-term relationship. After installation, our service team is the same company that designed and built your structure — so when you call about a lift adjustment or storm damage years later, you're talking to people who know exactly how your system was built. We also service and repair pier and lift systems we didn't install.
